                  Atlantic Minerals Limited (AML) is located at Lower Cove on the Port au Port Peninsula, on the southwestern shore of Newfoundland, in Atlantic Canada.  (Latitude 48 degrees North, Longitude 59 degrees West)

                   

                   

                  Size:

                   

                  AML owns 2,900 acres of land and has an additional 13,000 acres of Licensed Claims on the Port au Port Peninsula.

                   

                   

                  Reserves:

                   

                  AML has over a billion metric tonnes of reserves, including proven reserves of over 50 million metric tonnes of chemical grade high calcium limestone, 70 million metric tonnes of chemical grade dolomite.  The remaining reserves are suitable for construction aggregates.

                   

                   

                  Ownership:

                   

                  AML is a wholly owned subsidiary of Newfoundland Cement Company Limited, a Newfoundland based enterprise which is the parent company of Atlantic Ready Mix, a Division of AML, C.R.M.
